Michael J. Woods President Evolve,
Inc. Michael J. Woods founded
Evolve, Inc. in 1999. Prior to that, he had extensive low-voltage construction project management experience working
with government agencies such as the Social Security Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, the University of
Washington and the US Navy. He also supervised construction of many cell towers as a URS Project Manager for Nextel. His management, installation and consulting staff have a combined total experience
of over 80 years in the limited energy field.

Mission Statement Evolve Inc's mission is to support our clients' electrical
requirements by providing full service design and "Systems Integration" via client specific consultation and engineering
tailored to meet the agencies specific current and future objectives. Our
management, installation, and consulting staff have a combined total experience of over 100 years in the electrical contracting
field. Staff include both; General Electrical and Specialty Electrical; Washington State Licensed Administrators.
